Moke: Cult Convertible Now with Electric Drive

Moke International, a British company renowned for its open-top leisure vehicle, is set to introduce an electric version of its iconic vehicle in 2022. The new electric Moke aims to offer a range of 120 kilometers and is now available for pre-order.

At the end of 2021, Moke International, the claimant of the brand and vehicle rights, announced that production of the small four-seater would transition entirely to electric vehicles starting from January 2022. The first electric Moke deliveries are scheduled for November 2022.

The electric Moke is expected to weigh only 800 kilograms and will be equipped with a rear-axle electric motor capable of producing a maximum output of 33 kW (45 hp) and 130 Nm of torque. Additionally, Moke International offers left-hand drive variants to cater to export markets, including the European Union and other countries.
